Seabourn has partnered with Thomas Keller to bring Encore passengers a first-rate dining experience. Chef Keller prepares the same award-winning cuisine on Encore as he does in his Michelin-starred restaurants. He will, however, offer a few new flavors and artistic presentations for Encore guests.
