Remember that famous song “Love Will Find A Way?� You know, the one that only took one listen and it would play over and over again (in your head) for weeks? Well, the band Pablo Cruise is the name behind that catchy tune. The band was made up of four members including: David Jenkins (guitars & vocals), Cory Lerios (keyboards & vocals), Steve Price (drums) & Bud Cockrell (bass & vocals). Pablo Cruise’s first album, “Pablo Cruise,� was released in 1975 by A&M records. The music has been described as “down to earth,� and “elegant,� and most people would agree that hearing the band perform live was an experience you wouldn’t forget.

Pablo Cruise toured America from 1975 to 1985 singing top ten radio hits such as “Watch Gonna Do When She Says Goodbye” and “Love Will Find A Way.” They also sold several million albums and made regular appearances on hit shows such as Dick Clark’s American Bandstand and The Merv Griffin Show. Less than four years after releasing “Pablo Cruise,” the four friends became the first rock band to play a casino show room — The Sahara Tahoe in Lake Tahoe, Nevada.

The band went on to enjoy several more firsts – most notably was becoming the first rock band to perform onstage at the Grand Ole Opry. It was around 1986 that Pablo Cruise decided to take a break. A break that lasted almost 20 years. While each individual Pablo Cruise member pursued his own interests throughout the break, the band has recently decided to re-invent itself (2005). The upcoming 2008 concert schedule is currently pending.
