    We recently wrote about the things you can see and do in Norfolk, Virginia before leaving on a cruise. However, it may not be clear why you’d ever be in Norfolk, Virginia to take a cruise in the first place, especially considering that Carnival, the only cruise line to operate out of the Port of Norfolk in recent years, hasn’t been sailing from there recently.
