Cruises For 2019 are Better than Ever!

Lauderdale, the Carnival Panorama will dock in Long Beach, and the Celebrity Flora will call Galapagos home. These new ships will offer passengers the latest in luxurious accommodations and some of the best entertainment and activities available on land or sea.

This year cruise lines are offering some extended port visits to allow passengers more time to embrace the culture and soak up all that these locations have to offer. There will be less of the formalities of dining rooms and formal attire but far more choices for specialty dining and open seating to mingle with other guests. These cruises feature an 18 and older age limit and provide a more peaceful and tranquil setting for empty nesters, young professional couples with no children and parents who just need a break from the kids.

What hasn’t changed this year is the favorite cruise destinations. The Caribbean is always in demand for its tropical warmth and beauty. Guests love to island hop around this region and take in all the sights and sounds that can be found in this welcoming area. Europe is also a big hit for the longer cruises. This year marks the 75th anniversary of the D-Day Invasion, and there will be many cruises heading to Normandy to commemorate the event.
