Think you’d like to hear more? We’re happy to put it all on blast for you.

The Itinerary

The ‘80s Cruise will leave from Fort Lauderdale, Florida and head to Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos; San Juan, Puerto Rico; St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands; and Half Moon Bay, Bahamas.

Passengers will have many opportunities to put on their swimsuits and dive into gorgeous Caribbean waters, swimming or snorkeling before heading back onto the ship for nightly concerts.

The ‘80’s Cruise takes place aboard Holland America’s MS Eurodam, a ship that’s as luxurious as they come. For 7 days, guests will rock out to music from the ‘80s in between visits to 5-star restaurants and strolls on impressive verandahs, all aboard the MS Eurodam.

The Music

Some of your favorite bands, from the early days and the heyday of MTV, will be on The ‘80s Cruise to the Caribbean. Consider this cruise a music television at sea cruise, because you’ll be able to listen to songs from ‘80’s greats like Huey Lewis and The News, Richard Marx, Kool & The Gang, A Flock of Seagulls, Starship, Modern English, Tiffany, Wang Chung, and Naked Eye, and MTV’s original VJs will be cruising with you.

Activities

Feel free to dress up in your mini skirts and leg warmers as you take part in all the ‘80s-inspired activities on The ‘80s Cruise. VJ hosts Mark Goodman, Alan Hunter, and Nina Blackwood will guide you through theme nights like Prom Night and Movie Night.

You may not have a Walkman anymore, but if you’ve got an MP3 player you can fill it will songs like Dancehall Days and Endless Summer Nights, and then listen to these great tunes as you go head to Artist Q&As, the ‘80s Board Game Challenge, and the late-night PA-JAM-a-Jam. If you’re beat from participating in activity after activity on The ‘80s Cruise, you can kick back in your stateroom and watch ‘80s movies and TV shows (that’s all your television will be playing during your cruise).
